Phone infrastructure

I have a phone system! it is trunked into the TandmX Phone Network!

About The Phone System

The backend of my phone system is powered by Asterisk, which manages all core telephony functions. Cisco gateways are registered to the Asterisk server via SIP. When someone calls my number, the call is routed to a Cisco 2911 router, which then directs it over a T1 ISDN connection to a Cisco 2811 router. The Cisco 2811 acts as my VXML gateway, processing calls through code stored on my web server. This code powers my custom call blocking system and IVR interface, allowing advanced call handling customized to my needs. Once processed, the call is delivered to my Polycom VVX450 desk phone. Want to watch a video of it? Click This for the first phone system video (I recommend you watch this one first, and please note that this is a older video, my new setup seen in video 2 is a lot better!) or click This for the newer system tour!
